In Germany InterSearch Deutschland is one of the pioneers that initially conducted assessment centres and established them as an efficient measure within its own range of methods. We identify and analyse the qualifications and qualities of candidates with the aid of suitable methods - ranging from position-specific concept development to specific requirements analysis, as well as expert opinions.

The primary focus of the management audit is the management area - from the individual manager to the entire executive management level - including its competencies and development potential. During the analysis phase we create a foundation for targeted personnel and organisational development with the aid of interviews and questionnaire assessments. Performance profiles provide in-depth insight into the skills of individual managers: this makes it possible to identify individuals with high potential and resolve issues relating to position placements.

In conjunction with executive coaching, we support, advise and accompany the coachee in the capacity of an objective third party. An intensive transfer to the practical context is ensured through effective preparation, coaching days and follow-ups.
