Originally founded in 1985 as MR Personalberatung, today InterSearch Deutschland presents a clearly distinctive face that will become familiar to you very quickly: the face of your own personal contact partner.
He or she is at your service reliably during all phases of the project, answering your questions, explaining all activities to you and informing you about the current status. Or to express it in more business-like terms: you will benefit from our "one contact partner principle".
You will find the right contact partner among our 18 consultants and about 20 support staff members in the search and back office areas. We serve your needs at 5 central locations in Germany. At present the international InterSearch network, which we co-founded in 1989, encompasses more than 90 offices in over 40 countries with which we maintain very close, continuous contacts.
Incidentally, since we are talking about numbers: as far as turnover is concerned, InterSearch Deutschland is one of the Top 15 among the approx. 1,600 personnel consulting firms in Germany; and worldwide InterSearch is even one of the Top 12.
